Guernsey has a trademark registry, run
by the Registrar of IP, which allows for primary and secondary
registrations of trademarks. We provide for the first filing of
trade marks in Guernsey, the UK and the EU and, through our
extensive associate network, for the filing of trade marks
elsewhere in the world. We are also able to file for
re-registration of existing rights in territories such as Jersey
and Gibraltar.
